Appointment policies

Your face must be clean. No prior make-up whatsoever. if there happens to be any make-up residue, it could affect the make-up look, and the time it takes for make-up application.

If you are receiving hair services, hair must be completely DRY and CLEAN. If there is too much oil/build up in the hair, it can cause the hair to be heavy and weigh down the curls. Wash and blow dry your hair the day before the appointment. If you are wearing extensions, bring them and I will clip then in myself. If you do have wet or extremely dirty hair, additional fees could apply or your appointment could be cancelled due to time constraints.

Absolutely NO cell phone use during your appointment. In order to maintain a schedule and properly serve clients, cell phone use is not permitted during make-up application.

If you have inspirational pictures of hair and make-up that you like, please send them to me as soon as possible after booking your appointment.

If the client is more than 15 minutes late, the appointment could be CANCELLED or an ADDITIONAL $25 FEE will be applied.

When you are ready to complete the booking process, a 50% no-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. You will email carson@glambycarson.com for payment information. Once I have received the payment, I will confirm your appointment.
